Students of Polish universities up to the age of 26 can take advantage of preferential terms of cooperation with the Foundation. In the case of a contract for specific work (umowa o dzieło) with a transfer of copyright, 50% tax-deductible costs (KUP) apply, which means an effective tax rate of around 6% (12% × 50%). Please note: the relief for young people (PIT-0) does not apply to contracts for specific work.
The model is simple: instead of registering a sole proprietorship, you operate under the legal personality of the Firma Dla Każdego Foundation. You issue invoices on behalf of the foundation, clients pay into your individual account, and FDK takes care of all the bookkeeping, tax settlements and formalities. You focus solely on developing your services and building your portfolio.

Provide your student documents
Send us a valid student ID card and a certificate from your university confirming your student status. Sign the agreement — this can be done online (e-signature).
