Yes. The incubator enables B2B cooperation without the employee needing to register their own company. They use the Foundation's legal personality — issue invoices, cooperate on B2B terms, but do not need to register a sole proprietorship or pay ZUS contributions.
What are the alternatives to cooperating through the incubator?
Traditional B2B cooperation requires the worker to register their own company (sole proprietorship). This involves paying ZUS (over PLN 1,600/month), full bookkeeping, and tax settlements. Through the FDK incubator, the worker avoids these costs and formalities while offering you the same quality of B2B cooperation.
How does employment cost optimization work?
Through B2B cooperation via the incubator, you eliminate employer costs (ZUS, OHS training, medical examinations, holidays). You receive one VAT invoice that you can deduct from taxes. The worker in turn receives a higher net salary thanks to a lower PIT (6% instead of the standard 12-32%).
