Business incubator for SEO specialists

Search engine optimisation, SEO audits and link building on a B2B basis — no sole proprietorship, no ZUS, PIT of just 6%

How does the business incubator for SEO specialists work?

As an SEO specialist, you work on search engine optimisation, technical audits, SEO content, link profile building and results analysis in Google Analytics or Search Console. Your value lies in your knowledge and your results — not in piles of official paperwork. The FDK incubator removes all the red tape by taking over the legal, tax and accounting side of your freelance business.

You operate under the banner of the Firma Dla Każdego Foundation, using its NIP and REGON numbers. You issue VAT invoices for SEO services to both Polish and foreign clients — from small businesses looking for local search visibility to large marketing agencies commissioning comprehensive projects. Whether you are running a technical audit for 3 000 zł or settling an annual retainer of 15 000 zł per month, FDK handles the invoicing for you.

The FDK incubator is particularly advantageous for SEO specialists working on a retainer basis (a fixed monthly fee for ongoing search engine optimisation), invoicing several agencies at once or serving clients abroad. No ZUS means savings of over 1 600 zł per month, and the preferential PIT of 6% instead of the 12% lump-sum tax (PKWiU 63.1 for a sole proprietorship — data processing, hosting, web portals) genuinely translates into thousands of złoty more in your pocket every year.

Benefits of the FDK incubator for SEO specialists

Everything you need to run a freelance SEO business — without setting up a sole proprietorship.

Zero ZUS every month

Forget about ZUS contributions of over 1 600 zł per month. You operate under the foundation's legal personality — ZUS contributions do not apply to you.

PIT of just 6%

Instead of the 12% lump-sum tax (PKWiU 63.1 for a sole proprietorship), you pay income tax of 6%. That is half the tax burden on every invoice you issue.

We handle both recurring retainer invoices (monthly search engine optimisation) and one-off assignments — audits, link building projects and on-page implementations.

Agencies and clients abroad

Invoice marketing agencies, media houses and clients from abroad. We handle invoices in EUR, USD and GBP with the full EU VAT procedure.

Full accounting within the subscription

No sole proprietorship registration

No trips to government offices, no CEIDG, no revenue and expense ledger. Start issuing invoices for SEO services within a few days of signing your contract with FDK.

Advantages of FDK for SEO specialists

The SEO industry has particular billing needs — the retainer model dominates, you work for several clients at once, assignments from agencies are frequent and foreign brands are often involved. FDK fits this way of working perfectly.

SEO retainers — recurring invoices with no effort

The retainer model is the foundation of most SEO specialists' work. FDK generates recurring invoices automatically every month for the agreed amount. You can serve several retainer clients at once — each one receives their own invoice, while you receive a single consolidated transfer. No more keeping track of invoicing dates by hand.

Marketing agencies — B2B settlements without a sole proprietorship

Marketing agencies, media houses and digital agencies require their collaborators to issue VAT invoices. Through FDK you can be a fully fledged B2B contractor without setting up your own company. We issue invoices that meet every agency's requirements — with the right service description, contract number or project code.

Clients abroad — handled without complications

Do you optimise websites for companies in Germany, the UK, the Netherlands or the USA? FDK issues export invoices in foreign currencies, using the VAT reverse charge procedure for entities within the EU. We also handle transfers via Wise, Revolut Business and other payment platforms popular in settlements with foreign brands.

SEO tools — Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog

Do you resell access to SEO tools to your clients? Invoices for Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz or other subscriptions resold as part of an SEO service package can be included in your settlement. Ask for details during the consultation — we will work out the best way to invoice this kind of expense.

NDAs and confidentiality — full protection

Agencies and corporate clients often require an NDA to be signed. As a legal entity, FDK can sign confidentiality clauses on your behalf or together with you. Your projects and your clients' data are protected at the legal level, which makes it easier to win work from demanding contractors.

Frequently asked questions — SEO specialists in the FDK incubator

An SEO retainer is one of the most convenient models to settle through FDK. Every month, on an agreed day, we generate an invoice for the amount arranged with your client. You can have several retainer clients with different amounts and payment dates — we will handle each of them separately. Once the funds reach the foundation's account, we pay you the amount due less the subscription fee and the 6% tax. You do not have to remember any invoicing deadlines — we take care of that for you.

Yes, with some reservations. If subscriptions to Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Screaming Frog or other tools form part of the SEO service package you offer your client (i.e. the client pays you a combined amount for search engine optimisation + access to the tools), we can include that item on the invoice as an element of a comprehensive SEO service. Direct resale of software licences as a separate item requires a consultation with our adviser — get in touch so that we can discuss your specific case and choose the right approach.

Invoicing marketing agencies works exactly the same way as invoicing any other B2B entity. You pass us the agency's details (NIP, name, address), the amount and the service description (e.g. "SEO services — October 2026, project X"). We issue a VAT invoice with the foundation's details as the issuer. The agency transfers the funds to FDK's account and we pay you the amount due. If the agency requires additional elements on the invoice (a PO number, a project code, a breakdown into line items), we adjust the invoice to their requirements.

Yes, serving foreign clients is one of the areas where FDK works particularly well. The foundation holds an EU VAT number (NIP-UE), which allows invoices to be issued under the VAT reverse charge procedure for companies from European Union countries. For clients outside the EU (the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia) we issue export invoices without VAT. We issue invoices in many currencies. We handle transfers via Wise, Revolut Business, PayPal and Payoneer — popular payment methods in the SEO industry for clients abroad.

Confidentiality matters to us. As a legal entity, the Firma Dla Każdego Foundation can sign NDAs with your clients or agencies. This means that your SEO projects, your clients' analytics data (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs), your optimisation strategies and any confidential information are legally protected on both sides of the relationship. As for reporting — the SEO specialist delivers the reports themselves (that is part of the service provided); FDK handles only the financial and administrative side of the cooperation.
